Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Wroclaw is seeking an HR Operations professional to deliver payroll-related services and support time management processes. You will ensure accurate payments and maintain high data quality while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR Operations, German and English at least B2 level, and a passion for learning. Experience with SAP/Workday/Oracle HR systems is preferred. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Completed higher education, preferably in HR or related field.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Experience working with HR systems (such as SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms).
Knowledge of German payroll, wage tax, or social security regulations is an advantage, but not essential.
A positive approach, Speak‑Up culture, and process optimization mindset.

Responsibilities

Deliver HR and payroll-related services that ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
Support Payroll & Time Management processes while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Maintain employee and payroll-related data with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries through our case management system, providing a professional and service-oriented experience.
Collaborate with colleagues across teams and countries to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
Contribute to projects, transformations, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
