Job summary

Qualifications

B2 level German and English at minimum.
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, HR Administration, Shared Services, Payroll or similar.
Completed higher education, preferably in HR or a related field.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Experience with HR systems such as SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM is desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver HR and payroll-related services to ensure accurate and on-time payroll processing.
Support Payroll & Time Management processes while ensuring legal and company compliance.
Maintain employee and payroll data with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Respond to inquiries via our case management system with a professional, service-oriented approach.
Collaborate across teams and countries to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
Contribute to projects and initiatives improving employee experience and operations.
