Job summary

Biopharma Careers seeks an experienced Learning Operations professional to lead end-to-end Learning Services activities, including training management and related vendor processes. You will standardize and stabilize processes, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a key contact for complex cases across employees and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Learning Operations, HR Services or similar.
• Experience in process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage complex programs and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and execution of end-to-end Learning Services activities across training management and related processes.
• Standardize and stabilize processes, identify gaps, and translate local requirements into scalable ways of working.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Serve as a point of contact for complex cases across employees, managers and partners.
• Build relationships with local CoE, PPM and other stakeholders, managing priorities and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines and SOPs.
• Prioritize work independently and escalate when required.
• Share expertise within the team and support colleagues on complex topics.
