Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a Learning Systems Specialist to administer and optimize our LMS and learning platforms. You will manage content sites, deliver high-quality learning experiences, and drive system improvements as a trusted consultant to the business.

With 7+ years in learning tech, you will crucially support Talent & Development by guiding course design, content deployment, and learning pathways while collaborating with IT, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing learning technologies such as LMS, LXP, content libraries, assessment platforms, or virtual learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and related content platforms.
• Lead learning technology enhancements, integrations, and roadmap development.
• Consult with Talent & Development, course owners, and employees on system capabilities.
