You will drive improvements and standardize processes across the OneHR model, ensuring a stable and efficient HRIS experience for employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors administration experience.
• Hands-on SuccessFactors experience across global end-to-end HR processes.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, HR processes, and HRIS operations.
• Ability to resolve complex system issues with urgency and accuracy.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong training skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 3 support for HR systems and processes.
• Apply SAP SuccessFactors expertise to troubleshoot and improve HRIS.
• Create and maintain process docs, guides, and training materials.
• Deliver effective training to global SuccessFactors users.
• Lead projects to optimize HRIS technology and adoption.
• Collaborate with OneHR, McIT, and global partners for consistency.
• Support process governance, release communications, and improvements.
• Maintain data integrity across McCormick employees worldwide.
