Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking an HR Data Operations professional to manage employee lifecycle events, ensure accurate data, and prepare contracts. You will support onboarding, inquiries, and knowledge base updates while collaborating with managers across an international team.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems and data management.
• German language skills (B2+/C1) preferred.
• Experience in Agile, operational management, quality management, and risk management.
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes in an agile way.
• Knowledge of German labour law and employment regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ambition to contribute to INGs global People Services Centre.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing HR administration processes related to employee lifecycle events (hire, change, separation).
• Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of employee data.
• Preparing employment contracts and related documentation.
• Handling employee inquiries and cooperating closely with managers.
• Maintaining and updating knowledge base content for employees, managers, and HR.
• Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
• Assisting in the implementation of policies, procedures and systems.
