Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking an HR Data Specialist to join the People Services team in Poland. You will manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle and ensure data accuracy.

You will prepare employment contracts, handle inquiries, and collaborate with managers while contributing to knowledge base content and onboarding activities. The role is a fixed-term contract and offers collaboration in an international setting.

Qualifications

The expected salary for this position: 7 100 - 9 500 zł gross

We Are Looking For You, If You

• Are open to working under a fixed-term contract
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably within HR data management processes (employee lifecycle administration)
• Have solid experience with HR systems and processes, with a strong focus on data management
• Have proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Have experience in planning and coordinating team activities based on workload and priorities
• Have exposure to transition activities, including documentation preparation/review and process & tools setup
• Have ability to structure processes and drive execution effectively
• Have strong communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
• Have high level of accuracy, structured way of working and attention to detail
• Are able to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment

About The Team

The People Services Team provides first‑ and second‑line support for ING employees in Germany, covering areas such as hiring, separations, job changes, payroll, absences, and employee data management.

We operate within established frameworks such as quality management, escalations handling, continuous improvement, and SME expertise.

Our teams are organized in agile squads, enabling a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and flexibility. This setup empowers team members to respond quickly to business needs and continuously improve ways of working.
