Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably HR data management.
• Solid experience with HR systems and data management.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience planning and coordinating team activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration processes related to employee lifecycle events.
• Maintain accuracy of employee data and documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and related paperwork.
• Handle employee inquiries and collaborate with managers.
• Maintain knowledge base content for employees and HR.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Assist in policy, procedure and system implementations.
