Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to deliver advanced HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance. You will onboard, process changes, and offboard employees, provide guidance on local labour law, and partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders on complex cases and continuous improvements.

Strong communication and data reporting skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
• Knowledge of local labour law.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday) is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Escalate and resolve complex employee HR queries.
• Manage onboarding, changes, and offboarding with accuracy.
• Guide on local labour law and company policies.
• Support payroll processes and input validation.
• Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR Partners on escalations.
• Support knowledge management and process documentation.
