Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Human Capital Coordinator to support employees across Europe through their lifecycle. You will collaborate with local HC Operations teams to deliver an accurate, positive employee experience and ensure HR processes run smoothly.

In this role you will gain hands-on experience in onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR operations while contributing to initiatives that improve employee experience and data quality in a collaborative, global environment.

Qualifications

• Studied HR or related field (or equivalent practical training).
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience in HR administration/operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding with accuracy.
• Maintain employee records and HC systems to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Assist with monthly payroll changes in coordination with internal providers.
• Monitor deadlines, maintain checklists, and prepare HR communications.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
