Dyson in Kraków is hiring an Administrator to provide advanced HR support, manage transactional activities, and help drive process improvements within the HR team.

You will handle onboarding, changes, and offboarding, supporting UK & Ireland colleagues, with a focus on accuracy and employee experience. The role involves data validation and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve queries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Employee Administration experience for the country market.
• Solid understanding of local labor law.
• Experience in Global HR Shared Services.
• Strong time and task management; ability to plan and prioritise.
• Experience coaching and supporting team members.
• Experience with Workday and case management systems (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for employee HR queries and manage cases.
• Administer onboarding, changes and offboarding.
• Support UK and Ireland employees, managers and HR teams.
• Perform pre-payroll activities and support data validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
• Support local HR projects and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee-related queries.
