Moniepoint Inc. is a leading African fintech platform seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape growth for payment products.

You will design, test, and implement analytics strategies to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement while ensuring scalable, data-informed decision making across teams. You'll partner with product, business development, and data engineering to surface metrics, run experiments, and deliver dashboards that guide strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in quantitative analysis roles at large-scale tech companies, top consulting, or investment banks.
• Strong SQL skills to write, validate, and optimize queries.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B or multivariate) for digital products.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, business development, and data engineering to uncover problems and make metrics visible.
• Translate complex questions into actionable, data-driven insights.
• Build, maintain, and scale self-service dashboards and visualization tools.
• Own end-to-end analytics for growth products, from data requirements to post-launch reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to link technology, business, and product goals.
• Apply statistical modeling and advanced analytics to drive high-impact business decisions.
