Job summary

Talentgrator is seeking a seasoned Analytics/BI professional to own the reporting and analytics lifecycle across the product portfolio. You will define the product analytics framework, establish standard metrics, and build dashboards for feature adoption, funnels, retention, and monetization.

Qualifications

3+ years in analytics / BI roles with leadership experience.
Strong understanding of product management practices: discovery, roadmap, backlog, requirements.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritise the Analytics Module backlog and roadmap; translate client needs into product requirements and analytics capabilities.
Build and own the product analytics framework used by Product Owners; define success metrics and measurement plans.
Develop an experimentation and discovery framework; design hypotheses and post‑experiment analysis.
Define BI strategy and data architecture; ensure single source of truth and instrumentation for analytics.
Hire and manage BI/Analytics team; collaborate with Product, Finance, CRM and Tech.
