Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Growth Specialist to drive acquisition, activation and retention for financial products within Allegro.

You will work at the intersection of product, data, sales and marketing, running experiments and scaling strategies that boost onboarding, conversions and funnel performance. The role involves owning growth KPIs, managing external channels and optimizing product flows through data-driven tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, project/product management or user acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with digital media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and performance campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital funnels, conversion rate optimization, and performance metrics.
• Comfortable making data-driven decisions and running experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own growth KPIs: drive onboarding, activations, and optimize funnel performance.
• Lead acquisition across Allegro platform and external channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, partnerships, SEO).
• Analyze and optimize product flows, landing pages, and onboarding journeys to maximize conversions.
• Run A/B tests, measure impact, and scale winning ideas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, marketing and design to drive growth.
• Leverage data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and turn them into actions.
• Craft messaging across paid ads, owned media, landing pages, emails, push notifications, and in-app comms.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to amplify campaigns and align on goals.
• Design and run user stimulation programs (coupons, discounts, referrals, loyalty) to boost activation and retention.
