Job summary

Opal is hiring a Growth Manager - Monetization to own the monetization roadmap across Android and Web platforms. You will lead paywall experiments, pricing design, and lifecycle monetization within a small, high-ownership team.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, CRM, and Data to optimize paywalls, offers, and geo pricing while measuring impact on revenue and retention. English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Own monetization for a consumer subscription app end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience implementing paywalls and offers.
• Shape pricing ladders, trial designs, and geo/PPP pricing bands.
• Self-serve on product analytics and subscription reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own paywall and offer experimentation end-to-end from hypothesis to rollout.
• Own pricing strategy and pricing bands, design trials, and eligibility rules.
• Grow Android and Web monetization to unlock future growth.
