Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to craft intuitive, accessible fintech experiences across mobile and web. You’ll lead end-to-end design from discovery to high-fidelity UI, mentor junior designers, and champion user-centered methods in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex financial concepts into elegant interfaces, contribute to a scalable design system, and advocate for accessibility and inclusive

Qualifications

Senior product designer with a track record of leading impactful fintech projects.
Strong visual design, typography, grids, and colour theory.
Experience driving usability research, interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into design decisions.
Mentors junior designers and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
Lead end-to-end design from discovery to wireframes, prototyping, and UI,.
Conduct advanced user research, usability tests, and A/B experiments.
Partner with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
Design scalable UI components and contribute to the design system.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across products.
Create micro-interactions and motion to improve usability and engagement.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.
Mentor junior designers and stay ahead of fintech trends.
