Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a senior Google Ads strategist who will own a set of DTC accounts end to end. You will be the client’s direct contact, present results and plans, and defend your decisions with data.

You’ll manage brand and performance campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and PMax, with GA4/GTM and Shopify feed/tracking in scope. The role is remote worldwide, with US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management for DTC/eCommerce with proven results.
• Ability to interpret attribution and explain impact to clients.
• Experience coordinating with clients directly and presenting plans and results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, including strategy and client communication.
• Audit accounts before changes: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, and tracking.
• Run both brand and non-brand campaigns with clear separation and reporting.
• Optimize PMax with attention to incremental value and branded vs non-branded performance.
• Build and deploy landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove bottlenecks.
