Job summary

Cohypes is seeking a strategic, data-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to lead our growth across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max. You’ll bridge technical media buying with high-level creative strategy to drive scalable results.

This role manages the full user journey, collaborating with our creative and CRO teams to build high-converting funnels—from hook to pre-sell page to checkout. You’ll test bold angles to capture attention and improve ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in Google Ads media buying.
• Proven track record managing large monthly budgets and scaling spend while maintaining CPAs.
• Creative-first mindset with experience in testing frameworks.
• Technical proficiency with GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, and custom event tracking.
• Ecommerce fluency: ROAS, CPA, AOV, MER, LTV.
• Funnel expertise: advertorials and pre-sell pages optimization.
• Platform versatility: YouTube ads experience is a plus.
• Analytical skills to interpret data for audience opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google ecosystem: manage campaigns end-to-end across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, and PMax.
• Drive creative strategy by collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and test hooks and angles.
• Optimize the full funnel with CRO and funnel teams to boost AOV and conversion rates.
• Execute structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel steps.
• Data-driven decision making: monitor ROAS, CPA, CVR, MER, LTV using GA4 and GTM.
• Budget & pacing management: oversee large monthly budgets and pacing for efficiency.
• Master audience intelligence: build advanced audience strategies using custom segments, affinity, in-market, remarketing, lookalikes.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and new ad formats.
