Qualifications

• You've managed Meta Ads with real spend and can show results (CPA, ROAS, revenue).
• Bonus: You've built/operated your own Shopify store or eComm brand.
• You understand creative is the lever and can develop testing roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps— develop angles and briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel— identify issues in creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate clearly with clients— present results, plans, and next steps.
• Work with UGC creators— source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed.
