Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will own paid media strategy across Meta and TikTok, build testing roadmaps, and guide creative strategy while communicating clearly with clients.

The role requires hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands, managing large ad budgets, and thinking like a marketer to optimize campaigns and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands with paid media.
• Ability to build testing roadmaps and briefs for editors.
• Experience communicating results and plans to clients.
• Experience managing real spend (CPA/ROAS) and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and briefs for editors; analyze what's working.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel and identify whether issues are creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate results and next steps with clients.
• Work with UGC creators—source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed.
