Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a remote, globally located Google Ads specialist to own end-to-end client campaigns for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will manage relationships, audit accounts, and drive growth across Brand and Non-Brand programs with a data-driven approach.

You will work directly with clients, defend your decisions, and optimize using PMax, GA4, GTM, and Merchant Center. This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and the ability to operate during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and measurable outcomes (CPA/ROAS/revenue).
• Fluency across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM; Bing is a plus.
• AI-native approach; able to build and deploy landing pages or assets with AI tools.
• Excellent English communication; client-facing with clear, evidence-based reasoning.
• Skeptical of numbers; conducts holdouts and challenges dashboards when needed.
• Available for US Eastern business hours for client calls.
• Bonus: has built/operated a Shopify store or managed Meta at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediate account manager; present results and defend decisions.
• Audit accounts before touch: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and tracking; present Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as distinct businesses; report separately to show true growth.
• Understand PMax operations and separate branded from non-branded volume.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto features and schedule reviews.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, and promotions.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, enhanced conversions, offline conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, landing pages, checkout, and tracking.
• Build necessary assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting; leverage AI to accelerate production.
