Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. seeks a Senior Golang Developer with deep Python expertise to co‑architect and scale a core orchestration engine for advanced AI workloads.

You will focus on high‑performance concurrency, resilient multi‑agent patterns, and lifecycle management for large language model systems within an agile development environment. You will design stateful multi‑agent workflows, optimize RAG pipelines, and build scalable, strongly‑typed APIs for WebUI and CLI consumers, collaborating

Qualifications

• Proven mastery of Go in production systems.
• Deep familiarity with Python for AI tooling and orchestration.
• Experience with AI ecosystem concepts including token streaming and vector stores.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, state machines, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience designing robust, well-typed APIs and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement stateful multi-agent workflows with autonomous tool-calling loops.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines including data ingestion, semantic chunking, and vector DB integration.
• Architect and tune the core engine for high concurrency, low latency and efficient resource use.
• Implement orchestration concepts such as token streaming, memory management, and vector store integration.
• Build asynchronous, event‑driven systems using state machines and streaming protocols.
• Design clean, strongly‑typed APIs for WebUI and CLI users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile setting to define technical direction and performance goals.
