Job summary

Creative Fabrica invites a Senior Backend Engineer (Go) to architect our multimodal generation pipeline. You will design high-concurrency Go microservices that orchestrate heavy AI workloads across media domains, delivering fast and reliable generation for creators worldwide.

You will build features for multimodal orchestration, optimize ConnectRPC services and async pipelines (Kafka + SQS), work with AWS, and collaborate with AI researchers to turn raw model outputs into a polished One Person

Qualifications

• Advanced Go engineering in high-traffic SaaS environments.
• Distributed systems design utilizing asynchronous processing and low-latency communication.
• Cloud architecture with AWS expertise (EKS, S3, Lambda).
• Background building professional-grade creative tools or media-heavy apps.
• Code quality, testing, reviews, and observability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Multimodal Workflows: design and scale Go-based microservices managing AI generation lifecycles.
• Performance Engineering: optimize ConnectRPC services and async pipelines (Kafka + SQS) for long-running tasks.
• Build the Creative Engine: develop backend logic for multimodal orchestration features.
• Data & Infrastructure: work with AWS to manage data throughput and compute clusters.
• Collaborate with AI Researchers: bridge model outputs to a polished user experience.
