Job summary

Relativity Poland sp. z o.o. seeks an Advanced AI Engineer to build and extend the agent runtime, leveraging LangGraph, LangChain, and Deep Agents. You’ll design, implement, and production‑test agent orchestration, memory, and protocol layers, preparing for high traffic with scalable runtimes.

You will work with cloud-native systems, contribute to design discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance agent technologies in a fast-moving space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph and agent-based systems including tool calling, orchestration, and state management.
• Strong Python, async programming, API design, and relational data skills (PostgreSQL).
• Experience delivering cloud-native systems (Azure or similar) with CI/CD and containers (Docker); familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; English proficiency for technical communication.
• Nice to have: Deep Agents, multi-agent architectures, agent memory, or human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or A2A interoperability; RAG and retrieval systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend the agent runtime in Python using LangGraph, LangChain, and Deep Agents (deepagents).
• Implement harness capabilities for streaming, structured/generative output, tool calling, and session memory.
• Develop model context protocols, A2A interoperability, and a registry of skills and configurations.
• Help agents select the right model and providers (OpenAI, Gemini) for each use case.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in design reviews; own components end-to-production.
• Collaborate with Applied Science and aiR teams to move capabilities from experimental to production.
