Job summary

IFS is seeking a hands-on backend engineer to build live AI-powered experiences, including session/memory models, grounding, and multi-step agentic workflows. You will work on production-grade systems that integrate with various services and APIs.

You should have shipped Go or Java in production, experience with multi-tenant SaaS, and familiarity with GenAI, RAG pipelines, and tool usage. Hybrid work options and a globally impactful team await.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade, multi-tenant SaaS backends.
• Deep hands-on experience with Go and Python in production.
• Experience delivering GenAI/NLP products, with RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement session and memory models with robust grounding across data sources.
• Build and manage multi-tenant, scalable AI-native services and tooling.
• Develop agentic flows to orchestrate multi-step work with tool integrations.
• Create evaluation harnesses to validate AI outputs before deployment.
