Qualifications

• Proven mastery of Go in production systems.
• Deep familiarity with Python for AI tooling and orchestration.
• Experience with AI ecosystem concepts including token streaming and vector stores.

We are seeking a Senior Golang Developer with strong Python expertise to co‑architect and scale a core orchestration engine for advanced AI workloads. The person in this role will focus on high‑performance concurrency, resilient multi‑agent patterns, and robust lifecycle management for large language model systems within an agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement stateful multi‑agent workflows, including autonomous tool‑calling loops and resilient error‑recovery strategies.
• Develop and optimize advanced retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines: data ingestion, semantic chunking, vector database integration, and reranking mechanisms to provide precise context to models.
• Architect and tune the core engine for high concurrency, low latency, and efficient resource utilization to support heavy AI workloads.
• Implement orchestration concepts such as token streaming, memory management, and integration with vector stores and related AI ecosystem components.
• Build asynchronous, event‑driven systems using state machines and streaming protocols to support scalable processing.
• Design clean, strongly‑typed, and extensible APIs that serve both WebUI and CLI consumers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile setting to define technical direction, performance goals, and operational practices for model lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Proven mastery of Go (Golang) in production systems, with a demonstrated ability to design and implement high‑performance concurrent applications.
• Deep familiarity with Python, particularly in contexts related to AI model evaluation, orchestration, or tooling.
• Direct experience with AI ecosystem concepts, including token streaming, memory management, and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, state machines, event‑driven architectures, and streaming protocols.
• Experience designing and integrating vector store solutions and optimizing retrieval pipelines for LLM applications.
• Track record of building robust, well‑typed APIs and backend services that scale under heavy load.
• Relevant professional experience at senior or lead level; formal education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
