Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Senior Process Specialist for Procurement Enabling Services to join a global, cross-functional team in Wrocław. The role focuses on Demand to Deploy activities, analyzing change requests, coordinating solution designs, and ensuring standardized, compliant processes across SAP WeBuy and related systems.

You will work with Process Experts, IT and stakeholders to translate business needs into feasible, documented solutions, with emphasis on continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Requires English at C1 level and at least 4 years of experience in process management or similar roles.
• Experience gathering business requirements, analyzing impacts, and coordinating implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global shared services or pharmaceutical procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process and system changes for SAP WeBuy within Demand to Deploy.
• Coordinate changes from analysis through testing and deployment.
• Support testing, documentation, and alignment with global standards.
• Collaborate with Process Experts, IT, and business stakeholders to propose feasible solutions.
• Ensure compliance with template design principles and process standards.
• Drive continuous improvements to standardize and automate procurement processes.
