Job summary

LEO Pharma in Gdańsk is seeking a Procurement Process Administrator to streamline daily purchasing activities and ensure efficient, accurate order handling with a customer-focused mindset.

You will support the P2P cycle, edit and close orders, resolve posting and invoice issues, and leverage SAP to maintain smooth vendor relationships. This role emphasizes collaboration, clarity, and process improvement across the procurement team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
• Experience or interest in procurement, purchasing, or business support.
• Knowledge of SAP and ticketing system would be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Create shopping carts based on requests from the Line of Business and assess transfer into purchase orders.
• Support colleagues with problem-solving related to the P2P process.
• Edit and close purchase orders based on business requests.
• Clarify issues related to credit notes, incorrect postings and wrong order amounts, and process invoices in SAP.
