Job summary

Biopharma Careers seeks a Process Expert for Sourcing Enabling Services to support Demand to Deploy activities in a global, cross-functional setting. You will analyze change requests, coordinate testing, and help ensure standardized, compliant processes across SAP Ariba and related apps.

You will work with Process Managers, IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into documented, feasible solutions, driving continuous improvement in Sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in process management, process improvement, system support, or related roles.
• Experience in global shared services environments and sourcing is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate process and system changes for SAP Ariba and related apps.
• Review demands, ensure requirements align with standards and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Process Managers, IT and stakeholders to design feasible solutions.
• Ensure changes meet global standards, compliance, and template design principles.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying simplification and automation opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder interactions with strong communication and governance.
