Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Global Regulatory Lead to steer the regulatory roadmap, monitor evolving product standards, and translate complex requirements into actionable tasks with clear due dates and owners.

You will coordinate with design, engineering, quality, legal, and supply chain teams to ensure timely compliance across regions, while driving process improvements and data-driven monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, regulatory affairs, environmental science, quality, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, certification, environmental compliance, supplier evidence collection, or technical program management
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and convert them into actionable tasks, evidence, risk summaries, and stakeholder actions
• Strong written communication skills, including concise compliance summaries, status updates, declarations, audit documentation, and customer-facing responses
• Strong Excel, data organization, dashboarding, project tracking, and documentation-management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority across technical, operational, business, and legal functions
• Preferred: experience with EU Battery Regulation, RoHS, REACH/PFAS, PPWR, EPR, BIS, product safety certification, hazardous-location certification
• Preferred: familiarity with PLM, ERP, supplier compliance platforms, certification body portals, document-control systems, RACI development, Lean/Kaizen, corrective action processes, or audit preparation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Regulatory Roadmap by monitoring evolving global product regulations
• Perform applicability and impact assessments translating requirements into actions, due dates, risks, and owners
• Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, risk logs, evidence trackers, and leadership updates
• Coordinate with Design Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Product Safety and Environmental Compliance, and third-party bodies
• Lead and support compliance projects involving EU Battery Regulation, RoHS, REACH/PFAS, PPWR, EPR, BIS, product safety certification, and related requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through process mapping, standard work, KPI dashboards, and visual management
• Develop Fluke's use of systems and databases supporting regulatory monitoring, detection, assessment, processing, tracking, and reporting
