Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or business field with regulatory relevance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Regulatory Roadmap and monitor emerging global product regulations and standards.
• Perform applicability and impact assessments and translate requirements into business actions, due dates, and evidence.
• Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, risk logs, and leadership status updates.
• Coordinate activities with Design Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Legal and external certification bodies.
• Lead compliance projects for EU Battery Regulation, RoHS, REACH/PFAS, PPWR, EPR, BIS and related requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, standard work, KPI dashboards, and data systems for regulatory monitoring.
• Develop Fluke's systems and data usage to support proactive regulatory compliance monitoring.
