Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Senior Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist to drive the global regulatory compliance operating model. You will monitor new regulations, assess product impacts, and coordinate cross-functional activities with product safety, engineering, and legal teams to ensure audit-ready documentation.

You will lead projects for EU regulations and other market- access requirements, while improving processes, data systems, and dashboards to detect and act on regulatory changes early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, regulatory affairs, environmental science, quality, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the Global Regulatory Roadmap process by tracking evolving regulations and standards affecting Fluke products, including packaging, batteries, product safety, software, hazardous-location products, and market access.
• Perform applicability and impact assessments, translating requirements into tasks, deadlines, evidence, risks, owners, and escalations.
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, evidence trackers, and leadership status updates.
• Coordinate activities with Design Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and external certification bodies.
• Lead projects for EU Battery Regulation, RoHS, REACH/PFAS, PPWR, EPR, BIS, EUDR and related global requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, standards, KPI dashboards, and data systems for regulatory compliance.
• Develop Fluke’s usage of systems and data to support monitoring, processing, tracking, and reporting.
