Job summary

Fluke, a Fortive company in Wroclaw, seeks a Senior Service Product Manager to define and execute the global service portfolio strategy. You will drive recurring revenue and customer satisfaction by developing innovative service offerings and digital solutions across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to launch and optimize service solutions that maximize customer value and business performance, with international travel

Qualifications

8–10+ years in Product Management, Service Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Service Business Management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in global organizations.
Knowledge of service portfolios, recurring revenue and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global service portfolio strategy to drive recurring revenue and customer satisfaction.
Own the service portfolio roadmap from concept to commercialization and retirement.
Develop pricing, packaging, and warranty programs to improve profitability.
Lead new service product launches in collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing.
Monitor service metrics and drive continuous improvement in delivery and adoption.
