Job summary

Fortive’s Fluke unit seeks a Senior Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist to monitor global regulatory changes and translate them into actionable tasks across engineering, product management, quality, and legal. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts and maintain audit-ready documentation.

You will lead the regulatory roadmap, perform impact assessments, track evidence, and support improvements to compliance systems, ensuring timely responses to evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, regulatory affairs, environmental science, quality, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, certification, environmental compliance, or related program management.
• Ability to interpret regulatory or standards-based requirements and translate them into actionable tasks and evidence.
• Strong written communication, including audit documentation and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Regulatory Roadmap by monitoring regulations and standards that may affect Fluke products.
• Perform applicability and impact assessments, translating requirements into business actions, due dates, risks, and owners.
• Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, risk logs, evidence trackers, and leadership status updates.
• Coordinate activities with Design Eng, Sustaining Eng, Product Mgmt, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Product Safety, and certification bodies.
• Lead and support compliance projects for EU Battery Regulation, RoHS, REACH/PFAS, PPWR, EPR, BIS, product safety certification, and related requirements.
• Lead and support continuous improvement efforts including KPI dashboards, standard work, and audit preparation.
