PerkinElmer in Poland is seeking a Senior Invoicing Specialist to manage digital transactions on a global scale, ensuring secure, efficient payment processes across regions and platforms.

You will oversee orders on Coupa, Ariba, and the webshop from submission to invoicing, support onboarding for selected customers, and collaborate with Credit & Collections and Customer Care to drive timely, accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or related discipline.
• 2+ years in digital payment systems, transaction processing, system integrations, or financial operation.
• Experience in payment processing, fraud detection, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, financial software, and APIs.
• Understanding of global payment regulations and data privacy laws.

Responsabilités

• Manage orders on digital buying platforms from submission through invoicing with collaboration across teams.
• Serve as customer-facing case owner end-to-end.
• Support PO/invoicing setup during order creation with order entry teams.
• Monitor invoice submissions to customers and ensure timely execution.
• Assist onboarding for selected customers (invitations, information gathering).
• Address customer complaints and track resolution using systems like Salesforce.
• Perform root cause analysis to reduce delays and update processes.
• Manage failed/blocked/rejected transactions to resolution.
• Support system upgrades and new platform integrations.
