Job summary

Incora seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Wrocław, Poland. You will process supplier invoices, maintain supplier records, and resolve GRNI/invoice queries to ensure timely payments and accurate ledgers.

The role requires a degree in Finance or Accounting, fluent English, and experience with purchase ledgers and JD Edwards. We offer hybrid work, medical care, insurance, Multisport, holiday allowance, and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or a similar field.
• Fluent English.
• Purchase ledger processing experience.
• Experience using JD Edwards by Oracle.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Create and update suppliers’ accounts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice/GRNI queries.
• Reconcile discrepancies between supplier and company accounts.
• Assist with payment runs per policy.
• Support month-end close processing as needed.
