Job summary

Biogen Poland in Warsaw offers a 12-month Procure to Pay Payments Intern role. You will support payments processes in a hybrid setup, working 32 hours per week and earning 31.40 PLN per hour.

The role focuses on processing electronic and manual payments, supporting internal and external customers, and continuously improving payments operations. Ideal candidates hold a finance degree, are fluent in English, and are eager to learn with strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Process international electronic and manual payments per policy.
• Execute payments according to the payment schedule.
• Handle ad-hoc payments as required.
• Provide excellent service to employees and stakeholders.
• Communicate with partners to resolve inquiries or discrepancies.
• Assist Payments team with related activities.
