Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Product Lead / Solution Architect for a hybrid role in Warsaw, Poland. You will shape the strategy, architecture and delivery of a scalable global e-invoicing platform, spanning O2C, I2P and R2R processes, and integrating ERP systems including SAP ECC/S/4HANA with external providers.

You will drive Agile delivery, collaborate with Finance, Tax and IT stakeholders, and help establish a Global E-Invoicing Centre of Expertise on a 12-month contract

Qualifications

• Experience in e-invoicing and digital tax compliance within enterprise environments.
• Product vision, roadmap development and backlog prioritisation in Agile settings.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable product/architecture solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy, roadmap and delivery of a global e-invoicing platform.
• Define product roadmaps, architectures, blueprints and integration strategies.
• Lead Agile delivery through backlog management and user stories in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Design and oversee integrations between e-invoicing platforms, ERP systems and external providers.
