Job summary

INCO seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to own accounting across one or several group entities. You will work within an international team, handling AP/AR, invoicing, intercompany balances, and expense claims, while ensuring compliance, tax filings, and statutory statements.

You will contribute to general ledger entries, VAT and Corporate Income Tax filings, and month-end close, collaborating with the Finance team to deliver timely, accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit (Master CCA, Business School, or equivalent EU degree).
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Other languages (French, German) are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party accounting (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable).
• Prepare sales invoicing and monitor debt collection; handle intercompany balances.
• Oversee supplier expenses, invoice matching and approval; prepare payment runs.
• Audit and approve employee expense claims.
