Job summary

itD is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage statutory, tax, and entity-level accounting across regions, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with local GAAP and IFRS where applicable. You will oversee ledgers, close cycles, and external audits while partnering with cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and effective controls, with potential involvement in global projects and travel to support compliance activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting operations experience
• Minimum 3 years in international/multinational environment
• Strong GL accounting knowledge and regulatory understanding
• Experience with audits, financial statements, and statutory/tax compliance
• Ability to collaborate across teams and regions
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory and tax compliance activities incl. local filings and audits
• Review local General Ledgers and perform reconciliations
• Prepare or review IFRS or similar financial statements
• Coordinate with Tax teams on annual tax packages and P&L activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional process leads to ensure accurate end-to-end entity financials
• Conduct periodic balance sheet reviews and stakeholder escalations
• Maintain controls across data sources and drive process improvements
