Job summary

IG Group in Kraków is seeking a Financial Accountant to manage IFRS-based accounting for group entities, review revenue and costs, and ensure tax compliance in line with regulations.

You will work with senior finance colleagues across local and overseas offices, perform intercompany reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and drive process improvements using advanced Excel, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant GL/RtR experience.
• Educational background in finance and accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, financial statements and balance sheet risks.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication with finance and non-finance colleagues.
• Experience in international environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of management and financial accounts for group entities.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of strong financial controls.
• Intercompany reconciliations and cost allocations per transfer pricing rules.
• Financial reporting in line with IAS/IFRS.
• Participation in process improvement projects and management analysis.
• Coordinate indirect and operational tax activities if required.
