Job summary

Strada is seeking a HR & Payroll Specialist with German to join our team in a global, multinational environment. You will manage end-to-end German payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance while handling inquiries and reporting.

The role supports a fast-paced, collaborative culture and offers development within a multinational organization. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years payroll experience, fluent English and German, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll administration experience in HR consulting/outsourcing or corporate environment.
• Fluent English and German (B2 minimum).
• Strong understanding of inputs/outputs linking payroll with timekeeping, taxes, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process German payroll end-to-end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely handling within defined SLAs.
• Identify deviations and support change requests; safeguard sensitive information.
• Produce and review standard and client-specific payroll reports, including year-end needs.
• Validate data accuracy and initiate corrections per standards; respond to payroll queries.
• Provide knowledge transfer to peers and assist with system maintenance testing.
