Job summary

Strada is hiring for a payroll support role combining Germany and English language requirements with a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will handle payroll tasks, monitor ticket queues, and leverage HRIS tools while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• 1–2 years experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in HR Outsourcing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage payroll tasks using defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues to meet timelines and thresholds.
• Utilize hrX suite of tools for payroll processing.
• Understand and interpret payslips and payroll calendars.
• Identify deviations and support change requests; handle confidential information.
• Produce and review standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Respond to payroll inquiries via phone, email, or tickets.
• Participate in projects and activities as needed.
