Job summary

Strada is seeking an HR & Payroll Associate with German to support payroll processes and client services in a dynamic, global environment. You will handle payroll tickets, interpret payslips, and maintain data accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, advanced German and English, and 1–2 years of payroll or HR outsourcing experience. Flexible work options and continuous learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Advanced German & English skills (minimum B2).
• 1–2 years of experience administering payroll or health & welfare/benefits in HR Outsourcing or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage payroll tasks using ticket and payroll systems per client standards.
• Monitor ticket queues to meet defined timelines and thresholds.
• Use hrX suite tools related to payroll processing and activities.
• Read payslips, follow payroll calendar, and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle confidential information appropriately and assist with payroll reports.
