Voodoo is seeking a Senior Game Designer for Mob Control to own the design and execution of new features and game improvements. You will partner with a Product Director to shape strategy and roadmap for the unit and aim to evolve Mob Control into a top midcore title.

You will design core loops, balance systems, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and artists to ensure alignment of gameplay, UX, and visuals. A strong track record in mobile midcore games is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in mobile midcore games (strategy, 4X or similar) preferred.
• Proven track record in gameplay design, balancing, and meta feature design.
• Strong communication with clear design documentation.
• Ability to absorb and apply feedback from multiple sources with flexibility and no ego.
• Skilled at simplifying and communicating complex systems.
• Comfortable analyzing KPIs and player behavior to guide design decisions.
• Passion for mobile midcore games and market dynamics.
• AI-first mindset: comfortable using AI daily and building reuseable automations.

Responsabilidades

• Design features & systems to drive engagement, social dynamics, and monetization.
• Collaborate across teams: work with product managers, engineers, and artists to ship features from concept to live release.
• Leverage KPI insights to inform design choices and boost retention, engagement, and IAP monetization.
• Contribute to vision and strategy: help shape the long-term roadmap with directors and leadership.
