Voodoo is seeking a Game Lead to own your game and team. You will define the direction, build the team, and drive execution with speed, focus and ambition.

In the first six months, your main focus will be improving core gameplay, feel, pacing and player satisfaction, before scaling the rest of the product across live operations and new hits. You will lead a small team of around 4–5 people, set clear goals, monitor key metrics, and collaborate across design, art, tech and product to deliver

Qualifications

• 4 to 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry (Development, Product, Design, Art, etc.).
• Experience in mobile F2P design with a track record of successful mobile games.
• Strong leadership potential or previous team leadership experience.
• Data-driven decision making with the ability to move fast and iterate.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead your own small team, starting with around 4 people
• Set clear goals and ensure the team reaches them
• Lead, inspire and motivate the people working on the game
• Focus on improving core gameplay, game feel, pacing and player satisfaction
• Identify what makes the game fun today and what could make it stronger tomorrow
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as retention, playtime, engagement and monetization
• Be involved across game design, level design, UI/UX, tech, art and product decisions
• Continuously improve internal game creation and iteration processes
• Manage your team’s performance and growth, maintaining high talent standards
