Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) from a business school, university, or similar institution.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Native Czech, professional English.
• Complex B2B sales with long cycles.
• Structured outbound prospecting and business development.
• Advanced commercial negotiation and pricing structuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic prospecting and pipeline management for high-potential FX opportunities.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline aligned with scoring framework.
• Conduct consultative selling and FX proposals with internal teams.
• Close deals and drive time-to-first-trade with onboarding teams.
