TTEC is seeking a Sales Representative with Czech language for a fully remote role based in Poland. You will generate new business, contact existing customers, and apply a consultative approach to tailor solutions that meet clients’ needs via outbound and inbound calls.

You’ll be trained as a subject matter expert and will support customers through voice, chat or email interactions, reporting to the Sales Director and contributing to team success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and closing techniques

Responsabilités

• Grow your book of business by developing new opportunities and nurturing relationships
• Reach decision makers to close deals via influencers and users
• Engage customers consultatively to develop value propositions and increase volume
• Handle incoming calls/emails to deliver outstanding customer experience
• Identify customer shipping profiles or refer leads to the appropriate channel
