Moderna is expanding its international business services hub in Warsaw, seeking a senior FP&A/Commercial Finance partner to support the US Commercial organization from Poland. You will blend strategic financial planning with operational excellence, delivering insights and improving performance in a data-driven environment.

You’ll lead annual planning cycles, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, while developing dashboards and planning tools that enable automation and better decision

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related.
• 6+ years of FP&A/Commercial Finance in a global publicly traded company.
• Master’s/MBA or professional finance qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in life sciences/pharma is desirable.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Experience communicating insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP and EPM tools.

Aufgaben

• Partner with US Commercial organization to align financial priorities and investments.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Provide guidance to shape spending decisions and investments.
• Own month-end reporting for US Commercial leadership.
• Develop dashboards, datasets, and planning tools; drive automation.
• Manage data loading into EPM for sales and OPEX planning.
• Coordinate month-end and quarter-end accruals with Accounting.
• Strengthen financial systems, governance, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee purchase requisitions and close activities.
