MKS Inc. in Poland is seeking a Business Financial Analyst - Europe to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across multiple European countries. You will partner with regional teams to deliver accurate financial information, build planning models, and support strategic decisions.

This role offers growth in FP&A within a multinational, fast-paced environment, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Controlling, Accounting, or Commercial Finance.
• Experience within a multinational organization is preferred.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, or business analysis is an advantage.
• Internship or graduate experience in corporate finance may also be considered.
• Excellent English skills, any other european langue is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and long-range financial plans for the European region.
• Assist with the monthly financial close process by preparing reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Support the preparation of executive reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying significant variances and highlighting key business drivers.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, and working capital across Business Units, Product Groups, and countries.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses requested by regional management.
• Assist in preparing profitability analyses, pricing evaluations, and cost analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to gather financial information and improve reporting quality.
• Help ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information shared with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting processes.
• Support the automation of recurring reports and dashboards using available analytical tools.
• Assist with standardizing reporting templates and financial processes across European countries.
